40" x 64" x 3/16" corex panel folded into four 16" x 40" panels with outside two panels made of Gatorfoam with black plastic hinges and trim; Velcro on one side. The header is 14" x 40" and can be made of 1/8" Plexiglas or 3/16" Gatorfoam with black trim. With cardboard shipping box.
