Software solutions made for

The Awana Recordkeeping Software (ARK)
is a program originally designed by Dan Harding for use in his own
church in working with the
Awana program. As people began asking for
copies of the program, a website was developed to make it available to
more people.
Since it's
creation, refinements have been added, and, more are planned in the
future, as time permits.
The ARK program provides many features
to assist in keeping your Awana records up to date and in using that
information effectively:
-
It tracks clubber and leader
information and can do mailing lists (labels) from that list.
-
It tracks Session information, i.e.
Attendance, Dues, Book, Bible, Uniform and verses memorized.
-
It tracks Section information on each
clubber, for example, sections completed, total grade points, book
progress, etc.
-
It tracks points by color teams based
on your choices in setting up team groups and point values given.
-
Statistics for reporting purposes
include: attendance, sections, verses memorized, and more for the
entire year or any portion of the year you select.
-
One Year Record Sheets.
-
Import and export options to support
multiple clubs on several computers (for large churches).
