CMS Software - Contributions
Management System
CMS is a complete donor management
software solution. CMS is available in a
stand-alone or network version for PC's (system requirements: Win98SE,
Windows NT, Windows 2000, Windows XP).
The standalone version of this software solution runs on top of
an MsAccess database thus insuring you of compatibility with any other
MsAccess compatible resource. Some of the features of CMS are as
follows:

Captures and maintains detailed donor
information,

Available for PC platforms only, in a
stand-alone or network version,

Creates mailing list labels for CASS
certified addresss, AADC, 3 digit zip or 5 digit zip in exportable
comma delimited files,

Exports to QuickBooks or PeachTree with
income accounts and classes,

You can design your own receipts
directly in MsWord to interface with CMS,

Import and export features for
addresses and receipts,

TECH can also provide you with data
conversion and on-site installation of this unique software product.

The CMS standalone version uses Access as its database
engine. The network version can use SQL Server (or the free MSDE
version), or any database accessible by Ole DB or ODBC.
