You have IT issues, everyone does…

All companies have Help Desk support; even most small companies have it.  So where do mission agencies, churches, or Christian camps turn? If you are working for a large company and have a software or computer problem you pick up the phone and call the Help Desk.  But if you are working for a Christian organization you don't usually have that option, why?  Help desk services are expensive and they do not represent good stewardship, so in missions we make due with our friend down the hall who helped us once before.  No more!

Missionary TECH Team has the solution.

TECH’s solution for your immediate IT issue resolution needs. Leveraging state of the art remote access software and a team of dedicated technicians and engineers, TECH is able to minimize your downtime and provide peace of mind. For our clients, TECH’s support desk is more than a break/fix solution - it is their IT strategy.

What distinguishes TECH’s help desk solution?

·         State of the art remote access software that allows us to access your network and workstation from our Headquarters in Longview, TX and fix your issues without the need for an on-site visit. We’ll identify the cause of your problem and show you step by step how we fixed it so you will be prepared if a similar issue arises.

·         A ticketing and tracking system that assures you of prompt service to each of your problems.

·         All Calls initially returned or the problem answered within 4 hours of you placing the call.

·         Some problems may take longer to final resolution due to second level support.

·         Missionaries supporting missionaries.

·         If we are unable to correct the problem you are not charged.

How it would work:

  1. Client ministry calls with a problem

  2. We direct them to a web site, where they download a small program.

  3. They are ‘asked’ (by the program) if they would grant control of their computer. 

  4. Computer Services in Longview takes control of their keyboard and mouse, allowing us to solve their problem, quickly and efficiently.

  5. When we are finished we ‘log-off’ and complete control is returned. The small program they loaded at the start is deleted from their system.
