About Missionary TECH Team
Missionary TECH Team ("TECH") is a
Christian service ministry dedicated to helping like-minded Christian
organizations by providing various technical services which enable
many different ministries to be more effective and fruitful in their
outreach. TECH is recognized by the IRS as a 501(c)3
organization.
Most missionaries have the necessary Bible training and experience for
evangelism and discipleship. However, they frequently lack the
training needed to perform many of the technical functions required in
today's mission community. In 1969 Missionary TECH Team began its
ministry of providing technical assistance, "know-how", and support
services to mission organizations around the world. The Team -
Missionary Staff, TECH Reserves (volunteers), prayer and financial
supporters, and "client" ministries - works together to fulfill a
common goal, "To know Christ and make Him known!" TECH is
directed by a board of like-minded followers of the Gospel.
Missionary TECH Team and its missionaries are faith-supported by the
prayers and gifts of God's people. "Client" ministries contribute a
ministry based fee for services rendered. The balance of day-to-day
operating costs is met by gifts from churches, individuals, and other
interested organizations.
Missionary TECH Team is accredited by the Interdenominational Foreign
Mission Association (IFMA)
and the Association of North American Missions (ANAM).
Accreditation by these two organizations affirms that Missionary TECH
Team has been thoroughly examined and that the ministry is doctrinally
sound, fiscally responsible, and ethically and morally upright.
We believe in the verbal inspiration of both the Old and New
Testaments; in personal salvation made possible because of the virgin
birth, death, burial and resurrection of the Lord Jesus Christ; and in
the personal and soon return of our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. To
