TECH's Support Desk includes state-of-the-art remote access software and a team of dedicated technicians and engineers. TECH is able to minimize your downtime and provide peace of mind.

How it would work:
- Client ministry calls with a problem.
- We direct them to a web site, where they download a small program.
- They are "asked" (by the program) if they would grant control of their computer.
- Computer Services in Longview takes control of their keyboard and mouse, allowing us to solve their problem quickly and efficiently.
- When we are finished we "log-off," and complete control is returned. The small program they loaded at the start is deleted from their system.
